Medical Insurance:

We provide an ~70% reimbursement to the employee only HMO standard Health Care Plan. Also, Vitil contributes ~50% towards Spouse, Child, or Family insurance plans. We have several health care plans available. All medical plans are currently administered through Aetna.

Flexible Spending Accounts:Medical Spending Account - Employees may defer tax-free dollars for reimbursement of qualified medical expenses each year. Dependent Care Spending Account - Employees may defer tax-free dollars for reimbursement of qualified dependent care expenses.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:

Employees are eligible to enroll after ninety days of employment. Employees can choose to invest in several different options. Vitil will automatically match a contribution of up to 100% of the participant’s elective deferral up to 3%.

Comprehensive Paid Time Off Benefits:
(after your 90 days of employment)

Paid Company Holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off (PTO) - full-time new hire employees are eligible for ten days per year. Incremental days earned in following years.
