70% reimbursement to the employee only HMO standard Health Care or ~50% towards Spouse, Child, or Family insurance plans. Health care plans are through Aetna and Blue Cross/Shield. Additional insurance is available at discounted rates for dental, vision, life and disability.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Medical Spending Account - Employees may defer tax-free dollars for reimbursement of qualified medical expenses each year. Dependent Care Spending Account - Employees may defer tax-free dollars for reimbursement of qualified dependent care expenses.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Employees are eligible to enroll after ninety days of employment. Employees can choose to invest in several different options. Vitil will automatically match a contribution of up to 100% of the participant’s elective deferral up to 3%.
Paid Time Off (after 90 days of employment)
Paid Company Holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Personal Time Off (PTO) - full-time new hire employees are eligible for 5 days per year. Incremental days are earned in following years.
